Community Resources

As a college, we believe in being an active member of our community. That means providing support and resources when needed. To meet both personal and academic challenges, we work to connect students with resources within our communities.

Our mission is preparing students, serving communities, and creating opportunities.

If we can help you, please don’t hesitate to call our Student Success Center at 907-852-1726.

Iḷisaġvik Niġġivik

Niġġivik is full-service cafeteria that is open to students, faculty, staff and the general public. We’re located in the main Iḷisaġvik building at NARL. You’re just 5 minutes away from a tasty and affordable meal!

Each year, students work with kitchen staff to review and revise the menu to ensure the kitchen serves culturally appropriate and appetizing meals.
